We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice. However, in complicated situations or, where additional work is required in obtaining the mortgage offer, we reserve the right to charge a fee. The precise amount of this fee will depend on individual circumstances but is usually between £250 and £500. An such fees will always be agreed with the customer in advance. 

We will confirm the fee that applies to your mortgage before you are committed to the loan. We may also receive a fee from an insurance company, if you take out insurance through us.
